This week’s signature cocktail is the first featuring our award winning McClintock’s Reserve Gin Finished in Cognac Barrels. It comes to us from the amazing folks at The Center Club in Baltimore and is a refreshing new take on one of our favorite classic cocktails. Big Shout out to Chyfel Madera for putting this delicious cocktail together.
2oz McClintock’s Reserve Gin
3/4oz Raw Cane Simple Syrup (Infused with Rosemary, Lemon and Orange Oils)
4 Dashes Angustura Bitters
Stir the Reserve and Cane Simple Syrup in rocks glass
Add bitters to taste
Serve over Ice (One large cube for best results)
Garnish with Rosemary Sprig
